Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. We strive to complete orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may be longer during peak periods (such as holidays and promotions)—you will be notified by email of any delays.

2. Order Cut-off Time

To ensure same-day processing (within 1-2 business days), orders must be placed and paid for by 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Orders submitted after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time

After your order ships, standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days (excluding processing time and holidays). Delivery time is estimated by our carrier partners (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx), and actual delivery time may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

4. Delivery Area

We currently only deliver to physical addresses within the United States (including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories). We do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

5. Shipping Costs and Taxes

Free shipping on all orders: All orders qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase requirement.

All orders are tax-free.

6. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately by email or phone. We will not charge any additional handling fees and will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days. After shipment, standard return and refund policies apply, and cancellation requests are not accepted.

Guest Users: Track your order using your order number and the email address associated with the order through the "Track Your Order" page on our website.

Use your tracking number to view the shipping status directly on the carrier's official website. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of payment confirmation, please contact our customer support team.
